Job Description
We are looking for Programme Managers and Delivery Leads to join our varied teams working with both Primary and Secondary aged children and young people across the Summer Holidays.
KEY DATES*
WEEK 1: 27th - 30th July
WEEK 2: 3rd - 6th August
WEEK 3: 10th - 13th August
WEEK 4: 17th - 21st August

PROGRAMME MANAGER
Lead the smooth running of the day by overseeing staff, safeguarding young people and managing operations.
Must hold a Paediatric First Aid Certificate and Food Hygiene Level 2. Management and Safeguarding training plus supervision provided. Must attend one of the above briefing dates.
£20 per hour
DELIVERY HEAD
Lead the participative, creative and engaging flow of the day through high quality session delivery.
Creative Practice and Safeguarding training provided. Must attend one of the above briefing dates.
£16 per hour
Hourly rates indicated are for delivery hours, all training hours are paid at £13.50 per hour, in line with The Real Living Wage.
Job Requirements
PROGRAMME MANAGER
Must hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate, Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle. Experience managing staff and delivering programmes with young people. Strong safeguarding and GDPR knowledge. Professional, reliable and committed to Unique Voice values. Must attend required training and briefings.
DELIVERY HEAD
Experience delivering creative sessions with young people essential. Strong behaviour management and pastoral skills. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures. Committed to confidentiality, GDPR and Unique Voice values. Reliable, punctual and professional. Must attend required training and briefings.
Job Responsibilities
PROGRAMME MANAGER
Oversee daily programme logistics including sign-in/out, head counts and site safety. Act as main contact for parents/carers and head office. Brief, support and manage the delivery team; lead debriefs and address challenges. Handle and report safeguarding disclosures in line with procedures. Ensure medical, allergy and GDPR requirements are followed. Follow health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment. Facilitate programme evaluations and feedback collection.
DELIVERY HEAD
Lead sessions using the Unique Voice scheme, setting the tone and energy throughout. Model excellent practice, adapt delivery as needed and build strong relationships with young people. Apply behaviour management consistently and actively safeguard children at all times. Support a safe, inclusive environment; promote Unique Voice values through actions and delivery.

You will be self-employed and responsible for declaring your own income to HMRC. Once onboarded, you'll join a fantastic team of facilitators and creatives working across projects in the South West.
