Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver creative dance classes for various age groups
Encourage creativity, self-expression, and collaboration within classes.
Provide tailored teaching that meets the needs and abilities of all participants.
Ensure that classes are inclusive, accessible, and welcoming for all.
Work collaboratively with the SE19DanceProject team to create performances, workshops, and events.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Promote the SE19DanceProject ethos of creativity, community, and personal growth.
We are currently looking for permanent teacher for our class in Crystal Palace on Saturday mornings. 10:00-11:30
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience teaching dance in a creative or contemporary style.
A passion for working with diverse groups and inspiring others through dance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different ages and learning styles.
A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude.
DBS check and relevant safeguarding training will be required.
