About the Role:
The Project Assistant will develop skills in event coordination, admin and network engagement. From behind-the-scenes logistics to delivery, this role provides a well-rounded introduction to working in the events sector. Reporting to the Project Coordinator, this is an assistant level role for a candidate with relevant experience in events or with transferrable skills.
The Project:
This programme will deliver a series of open mic sessions across Bristol and Gloucester, creating accessible entry points for emerging artists to:
- Build confidence performing live
- Develop networks within the local music ecosystem
- Connected into wider talent development opportunities
The project specifically supports artists who are underrepresented in the live music industry - particularly those from a lower socio-economic background and/or the global majority.
