Job Description
County Hall Arts' Associate Producer will support the development and delivery of a diverse programme of artistic and cultural activity, including concerts, events, film and digital content, competitions and public engagement initiatives.
The role combines creative production, project management and audience development, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on schedule and in line with the organisation's mission. Working across multiple art forms, the Associate Producer will collaborate with artists, filmmakers, curators, and colleagues to bring innovative cultural programmes to life.
The successful candidate will contribute to the planning and delivery of live events, oversee the production of digital content, support talent development initiatives, assist with concerts and public programmes, and help deliver marketing and audience engagement strategies. They will be comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring high-quality outcomes across a range of activities.

Job Requirements
Essential
Experience producing or supporting the delivery of concerts, cultural programmes, events or short-form video content.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Flexible, proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Desirable
Interest in classical music, film, visual arts and cultural programming.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Experience working within arts, cultural or charitable organisations.
Some understanding of digital marketing, audience development and social media.
Experience coordinating artists, creatives and freelancers.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
Support the planning, production and delivery of events, performances and cultural events.
Coordinate artists, performers, filmmakers, in-house venues, schedules and production logistics.
Assist in the production of film, short documentary and digital content from development through to delivery.
Support the design, delivery and management of competitions and talent development initiatives.
Assist with the delivery of exhibitions, installations, workshops and public engagement programmes.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, content creation and audience development activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Work closely with colleagues and partners to support the organisation's wider artistic and strategic objectives.
