Job Summary
Job Description
The role has two equally important functions.
1. Studio Management - Meanwhile, Forever You will be responsible for managing the edit suite client experience from booking to completion. You will manage inbound enquiries, confirm bookings, manage the studio calendar and be present to welcome clients, orientate them in the space and ensure everything runs exactly as it should.
2. In-House Editing - a-r-c-s & Kiosk.World Working closely with our Digital Content Creator, you will be a core part of the content pipeline - from content planning through to finished, posted video. You will take raw footage from across our projects and edit it into engaging content, while shaping how a-r-c-s and Kiosk.World look and feel online.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in a professional video editing suite - Premiere Pro preferred
Confident Canva and basic colour-grading skills
Solid understanding of short-form, story and long-form video formats and how they differ
Basic motion graphics competency (titles, text animation, lower thirds)
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends and best practices
Organised, adaptable and comfortable working within a shared content management system
Comfortable with same-day edits and flexible enough to respond to live content moments
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
A collaborative spirit - happy to work closely with a small, close-knit team
Confident enough to bring ideas and take creative initiative
Job Responsibilities
Studio Operations
Calendar & Clients: Manage client enquiries and studio bookings via Acuity; lead proactive outreach to attract new clients.
Experience: Welcome guests, conduct studio orientations, and ensure a premium, consistently excellent client experience.
Maintenance: Maintain exceptional studio cleanliness, equipment readiness, and presentation; flag kit issues promptly.
Events & Support: Oversee enquiries/bookings for head office space "Kiosk Soho"; provide wider operational support as required.
Post-Production & Content
Editing: Edit high-quality, platform-ready video content (color graded, basic motion graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, and web.
Pipeline: Collaborate with the Digital Content Creator from ideation to posting; deliver same-day turnaround edits under pressure.
Asset Admin: Organise and maintain all visual assets within Google Drive; support proposals with imagery.
Social & Strategy
Trends: Track social trends and algorithms to optimise and self-publish content
