PQA Rugby & Daventry is looking for an inspiring and outgoing creative expert to be our Academy Manager position from September when we launch AM. The right candidate would initially come on-board asap as a teaching assistant and to shadow the Manager role in until the role begins in September.

PQA Daventry and Rugby runs Saturday mornings and are a 15 minute drive apart. One morning you would be based in one location and alternate with the principal.

When working as a teaching assistant the role would pay £42.50 per Saturday, and will rise to £80 when covering as Academy Manager.

This exciting opportunity would suit a performing arts professional who is looking to take their first steps into the organisational side of developing and managing a performing arts academy. The role involves managing a team of teachers and assistants, looking after student well-being and safeguarding, posting on our social media platforms, communicating with parents, and managing the general timekeeping and operations of the sessions.

You will need a knowledge of Performing Arts and a passion for working with children and young people aged 4 - 18 years old, as well as managerial experience and an interest in the Performing Arts.

PQA follows safer recruiting. An enhanced DBS on the update service will be required and can be arranged.

Hours would be 9am-1pm or a full day if wishing to be a part of the PM Rugby academy as FOH/Social media.
