Art Reach is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Creative Producer to support the development, production and delivery of our festivals, year-round programmes and community engagement activities. Based in Leicester with hybrid working, this role offers the opportunity to work with artists, communities, young people and partners to create ambitious cultural experiences that connect people through extraordinary art.

Working closely with the Head of Programme and Engagement, you will play a key role in planning and delivering festivals, outdoor events and participatory programmes from concept through to completion. You will coordinate projects, manage logistics, oversee artist and freelancer contracts, support fundraising initiatives and ensure programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget.

The role also involves developing meaningful engagement opportunities that reflect Leicester's diverse communities, with a particular focus on working alongside Global Majority, sanctuary-seeking, disabled and female artists and participants. You will build relationships with community organisations, local and national partners, and contribute to audience development and participation strategies.

As Creative Producer, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, preparing project plans, risk assessments, event management documentation and evaluation reports while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and funding requirements. You will contribute to budget management, identify funding opportunities and support the submission of grant applications.

This position suits a collaborative and proactive producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creative thinking with practical project delivery. Flexibility is essential, as occasional evening and weekend work will be required, with Time Off in Lieu provided.

The role is offered as a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with applications for 30 hours (4 days per week)
