Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering enquiries and offering advice on artworks.
Gallery Maintenance: Ensure the gallery space is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including outdoor display areas.
Sales Support: Assist with the sales process, including handling point-of-sale transactions, wrapping, and inventory management.
Event Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of gallery events, such as exhibitions, workshops, and private viewings.
Administrative Tasks: Undertake general administrative duties as required, including data entry and correspondence.
Sculpture Care: Assist with the care and maintenance of sculptures, including cleaning. There may be lifting involved.
Flexibility: Demonstrate a flexible approach to duties by stepping in to support and work in other departments across the site when needed to ensure the smooth running of the venue.
