Karsons Consulting | London | Full-time
Karsons Consulting is looking for an organised, detail-focused Quality & Internal Communications professional to support our engineering, operations and communications teams.
This varied role will help ensure our technical reports, audit documents, templates and internal communications are accurate, well-presented and consistent with company standards.
Key responsibilities
Format and quality-check technical reports, building audits and compliance documents
Maintain procedures, templates, CRM records and contact information
Take meeting minutes, track actions and organise meetings or site visits
Create and schedule LinkedIn content and support marketing materials
Translate technical updates into clear, accessible communications
Provide administrative support to management and the wider team
About you
Highly organised, proactive and accurate
Strong written communication and editing skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Able to manage varied tasks across multiple teams
Experience in administration, internal communications or marketing is desirable
Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM systems or AI tools such as Copilot would be useful
An understanding of building services or engineering terminology would be helpful but is not essential. Minimum high school education required; further qualifications in communications, marketing or administration are advantageous.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and communication support to the engineering and management teams. Responsibilities include formatting and quality-checking technical reports, coordinating client correspondence, maintaining records, templates and procedures, taking meeting minutes, tracking actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Organise meetings, appointments and site visits, and provide general office administration.
Support internal communications and marketing activities by creating and scheduling LinkedIn content, working with technical teams to develop clear and engaging project updates, monitoring social media engagement, maintaining brand consistency across communications, and assisting with marketing materials and presentations. Act as the primary administrator of the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting.
