Huddersfield, Kirklees
3.5 days per week (25 hours, 54 minutes)
SO1 point 23, £34,434 (pro rata £24,103.80) to SO1 point 25, £36,363 (pro rata £25,454.10)
Fixed Term until 31 March 2029 with contracted 2 year extension to March 2031 pending Kirklees Council budget confirmations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong project management and leadership skills with a commitment to co-production, inclusion and trauma-aligned practice.
You'll lead the planning, coordination and development of a diverse creative programme, working closely with artists, Creative Support Workers, participants, partners and commissioners to ensure the service delivers meaningful impact across Kirklees communities.
Work may be required across North and South Kirklees. hoot operate an agile working policy. However, this post requires presence in the office to support team and build on reflective practice. Visits to other delivery sites across Kirklees necessary from time to time. Opportunity to work from home for percentage of contracted hours will be possible dependent on needs of the charity and phases of delivery.

Job Requirements
This role brings together strategic, operational and programme leadership responsibilities into one integrated post. There will be potential to increase the scale of the role in the future.
You will:
Lead the delivery and development of the OOB service
Coordinate high-quality creative programmes and partnerships
Manage systems, evaluation and reporting processes
Support and develop a multidisciplinary team
Build relationships with commissioners, referrers and community partners
Ensure the service remains inclusive, participatory and responsive to local need
Contribute to the growth of creative health practice within hoot and across wider networks
The role involves working collaboratively across hoot and with the Working Together Better (WTB) partnership to support innovative approaches to community mental health support.

Experience managing community, arts, wellbeing or mental health projects
Strong organisational and leadership
