We are seeking a proactive, organised and relationship-driven Partnerships Associate to support the growth and delivery of Minor Attractions. This role combines partnership development, project coordination and administration, while helping to build the relationships and systems that support the fair, its programme and broader projects.
Working closely with the small team, the successful candidate will help identify and manage partnerships, support exhibitors and collaborators, and contribute to the planning and delivery of events and activations throughout the year.
Job Requirements
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
You will have:
Based in London with Full Right to work in the UK.
Experience in partnerships, arts administration, project coordination or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Confidence in managing relationships with a range of stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management tools and digital collaboration platforms.
Desirable
Experience working within contemporary art, culture, publishing, events or creative industries.
Experience developing sponsorships, partnerships or business development opportunities.
Familiarity with the contemporary art sector and gallery ecosystem.
Experience managing media partnerships and external communications.
Job Responsibilities
Partnerships
Research and identify potential new partners across sectors including hospitality, food and beverage, transport, logistics, shipping, storage, media, publishing and creative industries.
Support the development of partnerships, sponsorships and in-kind collaborations that contribute to the delivery and sustainability of the fair.
Assist with outreach, relationship management and partnership communications.
Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure agreed benefits are fulfilled.
Participate in programming and planning meetings, contributing ideas for activations, collaborations and audience engagement opportunities.
Maintain records of partnership activity, contacts and opportunities.
Administration
Draft contracts, partnership agreements and deliverables schedules.
Coordinate invoicing and administrative processes with partners and exhibitors.
Manage project documentation, asset collection and digital filing systems.

About Minor Attractions Art Fair
Minor Attractions is a week-long art fair hosted in The Mandrake Hotel inviting global commercial galleries and not-for-profit art spaces taking place from the 13th-17th October, 2026. The fair is designed as a space where art and nightlife meet, allowing the swells of international publics in the city to mingle with the art workers and artists that make the art world tick. Galleries are encouraged to bring exciting and daring work, creating a new context for London’s buzzing art scene.
