About the Role:
Frieze is seeking a highly organised and proactive Programming Assistant to work across Frieze London, Frieze Masters and Frieze Sculpture. You will play a crucial role in assisting the Fair Directors and the Fair Programme Manager with administrative tasks in the lead up to and aftermath of the fairs, as well as on the ground support during the fairs. You will be responsible for helping to support our Programming partners, ensuring they have a seamless experience at Frieze.
This is a temporary, full-time role, contracted to work from 3 August - 30 October 2026.

Job requirements:
- London-based and available to work during Frieze Fair Week, 14 - 18 October 2026, as well as additional hours where required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
-E xperience with customer service, email management, or administrative support roles.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
-T ech-savvy with experience using various platforms and software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a range of responsibilities.
- Experience and interest in visual arts desirable, but not essential.
Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Liaise with industry professionals to provide key information about their participation in Frieze Fair Programming, under the guidance of Fair Programme Manager.
- Book travel for industry professionals travelling to the Fair.
- Arrange and confirm hotel bookings with the VIP Operations Coordinator.
- Assist industry professionals with invoicing processes for payments and reimbursements.
- Submit vendor profiles and invoices to Finance department.
- Request ticket passes as they arise ahead of and during the Fair.
- Work on the ground over Fair Week to assist the Fair Programme Manager across Frieze London, Frieze Masters and Frieze Sculpture, as well as at collateral events, alongside temporary staff.
- Collaborate with other team members on the ground during Frieze Week.
- Monitoring multiple inboxes and responding to emails in a timely manner.
