Job Summary
Job Description
Future Talent are seeking an Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across fundraising, marketing, finance and programme activity.
Future Talent is a UK youth music charity founded in 2004 by The Duchess of Kent and Nicholas Robinson OBE that supports young musicians from low-income backgrounds, ensuring that income, geography and background does not silence musical potential. We do this by providing young musicians with funding for their musical expenses, and creating opportunities like workshops, masterclasses, performances and more.
The post holder will provide content and coordination support, enabling the effective delivery of campaigns, events, donor reporting and communications.

Job Requirements
Essential Experience:
Experience in an administrative or coordination role
Experience maintaining databases or CRM systems with strong attention to detail
Experience supporting events, workshops, or programmes (including logistics and scheduling)
Experience producing written communications (e.g. newsletters, emails, reports, or social media content)
Experience using Microsoft Office and shared digital systems (e.g. SharePoint, Google Workspace)
Desirable Experience
Experience working in the charity, arts, education, or music sectors
Experience supporting music or creative programmes, workshops, or events
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Beacon)
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
Experience updating website content (e.g. WordPress)
Experience working with young people, schools, or community groups
Experience supporting fundraising or donor engagement activity
Other Requirements
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
DBS check required
