Midlands Arts Centre’s Learning and Participation programme is extensive with over 150 term courses. We are recruiting for an artist tutor to teach our piano courses.

Job Description

We are recruiting for an artist tutor to teach our piano courses.

We are looking for someone - or multiple people, who are passionate about the arts and informal learning experiences and enjoys teaching music courses and workshops. You will be taking over 5 long running courses in a highly skilled musical discipline.

These 12 week courses run for 27.5 hours per week on Mondays Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 3:30pm to 8:30pm and on Thursdays between 1pm to 3pm and 3:30pm to 8:30pm. The rate of pay is £22.26 per hour.

Job Purpose

We are looking for someone - or multiple people, to deliver all piano courses for the Autumn Term 2026 with the view to continue in a permanent role.
