Deliverables
We anticipate the following outputs:
Meetings with the team and key stakeholders to understand project goals
Review of existing evaluation framework and findings
Development of improved and expanded impact & evaluation framework for Jewish Culture Month 2027, which is based on:
The goals of Jewish Culture Month
Suitable evaluation methods for the audiences and artists
Robust methodology compatible with Arts Council and other funder requirements
Creative evaluation which will support us to better showcase our work and tell our story
Summary document containing a framework which our in-house team can implement for Jewish Culture Month 2027.
Creation of sustainable business plan, including:
Review of existing business model, budgets and planning tools
Recommendations for next year's Jewish Culture Month with a focus on sustainability, enhanced planning and cost-efficiency
Summary document with details of a new business plan

This is a consultancy opportunity, suitable for an individual or organisation that has experience of similar work undertaken in the cultural, charitable or social impact sectors, and can provide evidence of a strong track record and clear methodology.
