Job Description
The Sound No. 4 role contributes to ensuring the production runs smoothly and consistently throughout the tour, responding to challenges while upholding the show's original artistic vision. The role includes supporting get-ins and get-outs, maintaining radio microphone systems, assisting with access performances, and working collaboratively with local crews and venue staff throughout the tour.
Job Requirements
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have:
Professional theatre experience relevant to this post.
An understanding and practical knowledge of the principles and safe working practices of theatre sound systems.
Good communication skills.
The ability to work well in a small team.
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and local venue teams.
An understanding of other theatre departments and resident creative team.
