Job Description
Last Looks Beauty is looking for an experienced videographer to capture an engaging SFX Theatre Day taking place in Cheltenham on Thursday 16 July.
Working with secondary school students, you'll document the workshops, demonstrations, and the overall atmosphere of the day, creating engaging promotional content that showcases the impact of the programme.
Applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate and be comfortable working in an educational environment.
Event Schedule
9:00am - Arrival/Start
11:00am - Morning break
1:20pm - Lunch
3:10pm - Finish
Fee
£250 filming fee
Travel expenses covered
Additional paid editing fee (to be agreed)
We're looking for a cinematic, documentary-style approach similar to our previous education projects.
Job Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
Has experience filming events, workshops, or educational projects.
Can confidently work around young people in a school environment.
Has their own professional camera and audio equipment.
Can capture both cinematic footage and authentic documentary moments.
Is reliable, friendly, and professional.
Is available on Thursday 16 July in Cheltenham.
Can complete a short edit after the event (additional fee provided).

Job Responsibilities
The successful videographer will:
Film the full event throughout the day.
Capture workshops, demonstrations, student engagement (subject to permissions), and atmosphere.
Record interviews or testimonials if requested.
Deliver high-quality footage.
Produce an edited highlight film after the event (editing fee paid separately).
Work professionally with the Last Looks Beauty team and school staff.
