Job Description
This role will lead the social media and content delivery for Harrow Arts Centre's 2026 pantomime campaign, creating engaging digital content that drives awareness, audience engagement and ticket sales.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering compelling content across social media channels while supporting wider marketing activity including email campaigns, website content, PR opportunities and audience development initiatives.
The role will be instrumental in bringing the pantomime campaign to life online through storytelling, photography, video, live content and audience engagement.
Project Fee: £9,400 (£200 per day x 47 days)
Period: September - December 2026
Job Requirements
We're looking for someone with proven experience managing social media campaigns, strong photography, video and content creation skills, and excellent copywriting and storytelling ability. Applicants should have professional experience using Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms, a good understanding of audience engagement and digital marketing, and a passion for arts, culture, theatre or live events.
Ideally, you'll also have experience marketing theatre, family entertainment or festivals, running paid social advertising campaigns, and creating designs using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Spektrix or similar systems would be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
You will lead the pantomime social media campaign, creating engaging photo, video and written content that brings the production to life. The role includes capturing behind-the-scenes activity, rehearsals and performances, producing reels, stories and live content, growing audience engagement across digital platforms, and supporting wider marketing activity, including email campaigns and website content.
