Job Requirements
What you'll do
You'll support the efficient day-to-day running of the finance function by processing supplier invoices, payments, expenses and cash transactions accurately and in line with financial controls. You will manage purchase ledger activities, resolve queries with suppliers and colleagues, reconcile accounts, support VAT and month-end processes, and help maintain effective purchasing systems. You'll provide ad-hoc support for sales ledger and office administration.

Job Responsibilities
What we're looking for
You will have previous experience in a purchase ledger, accounts payable or finance administration role, with a proven ability to process high volumes of invoices and carry out supplier reconciliations accurately. You will have a good understanding of financial controls and purchase order processes, strong Excel and IT skills, and excellent attention to detail.
