Job Summary
Job Description
This role is the key relationship manager and facilitator for Society of Explorers and supports our wider audience development work at Site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Society of Explorers, our collaborative art collective coproduced with 14 to 19 year olds.
- Develop and deliver a year round programme of public and community engagement, in line with Site's audience development strategy.
- Champion the voices of young people and community through evaluation and consultation, shaping organisational learning and decision making.
