Salary: £18,000 (£30,000 pro rata, 0.6 FTE)
Hours: Three days a week. Hours can be worked flexibly.
Place of work: Remote, with some attendance at events (these take place across the UK), and occasional in-person work in locations to suit the needs of the team.
Contract: One Year Fixed Term Employment
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for keeping things running smoothly and efficiently at Moonshine. This means delivering many of Moonshine's core processes, including customer service, legal and financial record-keeping, and event support.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Service
Process bookings for ticketed events and reply to routine customer enquiries
Respond to and quote for custom Adventure enquiries
Triage customer & B2B enquiries and assign to the rest of the team
Record Keeping
Update budgets and records in collaboration with the rest of the team
Input bills & receipts into the Company's accounting software (Xero)
Maintain and improve team project management processes
Prepare and process routine contractual documents
Track customer payments and payment deadlines
Events
Support with preparation of event materials and logistics
Attend and co-host Adventures, B2B events and conventions as and when required. N.B. these will usually be at weekends.
Other Duties
Other reasonable duties to support business operations.
