Job Summary
Job Description
Preparing and servicing each individual engagement from start to finish to ensure it runs smoothly and to plan: this could involve everything from arranging auditions, helping apply for visas, arranging travel, sending costume measurements and PR materials, creating social media posts, preparing and sending out invoices, assisting with tax applications, creating YouTube PR materials.... We work with the diary management system Overture which you would be updating with contacts details for artists and promoters, overseeing accurate calendar management as well as contractual information. As we are a small team you would be expected to share general office administration as necessary.
Person Specification
Good computer skills and experience working with the Microsoft Suite.
Attention to detail/proofreading skills.
The ability to input data correctly and have a keen eye for detail is essential.
Communication is key within artist management, therefore candidates must be able to converse confidently via email, on the phone, and in person with their managers, artists, and promoters around the world.
Candidates need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and need to be prepared to take on responsibility and manage their own workload through the use of good time management when receiving requests from numerous sources. This includes being able to look far ahead and work on engagements which may not be taking place for some time, as well as those in the near future.
Job Requirements
-Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
-Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
-An excellent written and verbal communicator.
-Able to proofread accurately and maintain high standards of administration.
-Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
-Proactive, reliable and able to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.
-Able to think ahead and manage engagements taking place both in the immediate future and many months in advance.
An interest in classical music and the performing arts would be an advantage, although enthusiasm, professionalism and a willingness to learn are equally important.

-Managing artist engagements from confirmation through to completion.
-Coordinating auditions, travel arrangements and visa applications.
