Job Description
Dance&Arts is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Fun with Spanish Afterschool Club Teacher to deliver a weekly club at a primary school in Islington (EC1R) during the Autumn Term.
The club runs every Wednesday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, from 16 September until 25 November, and is for children in Reception and Year 1 (ages 5-6). Pay is £40 per hour.
Sessions introduce beginner Spanish through songs, games, storytelling, movement, crafts, and other interactive activities. We encourage teachers to bring their own personality and creativity while making language learning playful, engaging, and accessible for young beginners.

Job Requirements
Enhanced DBS certificate.
Right to work in the UK.
Reliable, professional, and committed for the duration of the club.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with children aged 4-11.
Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-structured sessions.
Previous experience teaching or leading activities for children.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver fun and interactive beginner Spanish sessions for young children.
Teach basic vocabulary through songs, games, storytelling, crafts, and movement.
Encourage children's confidence in speaking and listening.
Create a playful and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt activities for Reception and Year 1 pupils.
Foster curiosity about Spanish language and culture.
Communicate professionally with school staff and Dance&Arts.
