Job Description
Youth Unlocked's Free Workshops provide young people aged 11-25 with opportunities to learn new skills, explore creative interests and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Job Requirements
Passion for learning and developing new skills.
Open-minded attitude and willingness to try new experiences.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work with different people.
Commitment to attending sessions and participating fully.
Interest in creative industries, careers, entrepreneurship or personal development.
No previous experience or qualifications required - all skill levels are welcome.
Job Responsibilities
Attend and actively participate in workshops and learning sessions.
Engage with mentors, facilitators and other young people.
Share ideas, contribute to group tasks and support collaborative work.
Develop new skills across areas such as creativity, media, music, performance, business, and personal development/
Complete workshop challenges and activities to build confidence and experience.
Provide feedback to help improve future Youth Unlocked programmes.
Support a positive, respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Network with other participants and explore future opportunities.
