Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity with responsibility for leading and facilitating both our sector led Place Based Peer Learning steering group and our sector led Creative Ageing steering group. Whilst and interest in and knowledge of the publicly funded cultural sector is desirable; you do not need to be an expert in either of these areas to apply. We are looking for expertise in facilitating and drawing out the learning and needs of others; in translating that to a coherent programme; with the ability to operate at a senior level and managing all of this with political sensitivity. You might be programming material in areas you are less familiar with, but you will be skilled in making connections and working across sectors. It's fantastically interesting and exciting and the right person will be contributing to real change. Is it YOU?
