Job Description
In this role you will have the chance to manage and deliver fundraising activity, with a particular focus on growing income from Individual Giving. From delivering a refresh of our Individual Giving programme, running events alongside our artistic programming to cultivating new relationships with Major Donors - you'll play a vital role in sustaining and growing our impact.
Alongside this, the Development Manager will also fundraise from Corporations, Trusts and Foundations line-manage the Development Coordinator and act as Secretary for our Development Committee.
This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about purposeful fundraising in the creative sector and can take the lead in a small ambitious team. A hands-on role which requires strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
Job Requirements
Essential
Proven track record in securing income from individuals at the four and five-figure level.
Extensive experience cultivating and maintaining philanthropic relationships.
Experience fundraising from Trusts and Foundations and/or Corporate Partners.
Experience running and/or supporting fundraising events.
Ability to grow income and fundraising capabilities year on year.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and timelines.
Proficiency in managing data and CRM systems for fundraising purposes.
Financial acumen to budget, forecast, and prepare reports.
Line Management experience.
A passion and understanding of the value and impact of Punchdrunk Enrichment's work and socially engaged practice.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Implementation of our multi-year fundraising strategy to increase income across Individual Giving, Trusts and Foundations and Corporate Partners.
Identify funding opportunities within Punchdrunk Enrichment's artistic plans and develop targeted events and campaigns.
Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to align fundraising activities with organisational goals.
Work closely with the Communications Team to integrate audience and donor development strategies.
Engage Trustees in fundraising efforts and act as Secretary for the Development Committee.
Identify and cultivate new members for the Development Committee
