Job Summary
Job Description
We currently have a Board of 8 members, all bringing a diverse vibrancy of skills and strengths but we are now looking for new Trustees to join the gang.
We're particularly keen to hear from people with a background in arts and cultural leadership, finance or HR, as these are areas where we'd benefit from additional expertise right now.
But if none of those quite fit, please don't rule yourself out!
Time Commitment: A minimum of four quarterly board meetings per year, plus quarterly finance sub-committee meetings, an annual away day, and occasional ad-hoc support for the Executive Director.
Remuneration & Support: There is no payment for being a Trustee, but we'll cover your travel and any other reasonable expenses if attending relevant conferences or events on our behalf.
Meetings: The board meets quarterly. You will also attend finance sub-committee meetings, planning days, and an annual away day.
Format: Meetings are held simultaneously in-person and online.
Location: While there is a preference for Trustees based in (or with links to) the West Midlands, we recognise that individuals from outside the region can bring unique skillsets and perspectives to our work.
