Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and organised Partnerships, Impact & Communications Assistant to join our team in this newly created role.
You'll support stakeholder relationships, gather data and stories that demonstrate the value & impact of our work, and create engaging content across a range of channels, while gaining experience in programme delivery and evaluation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in arts and cultural administration and communications. You'll be well organised, eager to learn, have excellent administrative skills, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a busy, inclusive team.
Responsible to: Head of Partnerships and Impact

Contract: Fixed term 24 months
Salary: £26,000 - £31,000,000 p.a.
Closing Date: 12:00 Noon on Monday 17 August 2026

Job Requirements
This is a hands-on supportive role for someone who is interested in furthering your experience of arts and cultural administration and communications, and is excited by the opportunity to work dynamically across a range of activities. You will be well organised, open to learning, have excellent administrative skills and acumen and enjoy working as part of a busy and inclusive team.
Job Responsibilities
The Partnerships, Impact & Communications Assistant is a newly created role. You that will play a proactive part in administering and maintaining key stakeholder relationships; gathering data and narratives that demonstrate our impact; with opportunities to learn about delivery and evaluation. Working with our Communications Manager, you will help bring to life the breadth and value of engagement with Clore Leadership through creating / sharing clear and compelling communications across a range of channels.
