We are currently recruiting for a full time User Researcher on a permanent contract based in any of the Heritage Fund's Offices in the following locations - Birmingham, Belfast, Edinburgh, Exeter, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Nottingham (Hybrid Working).

Great products come about because they have great teams working on them. These teams require numerous skills, but one of the critical skills is user research.

The User Researcher will be responsible for designing and conducting user research as part of a team effort to deliver great funding products. They will be responsible for identifying the best method based on research goals and resources, helping to establish and amplify the discipline of user research in the Heritage Fund, and championing user-centred approaches.

The User Researcher is responsible for all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) for both generative (participatory design) and evaluative (usability testing) research. You will be using a variety of user testing methodologies to reveal actionable customer insights. You will also be comfortable working with data, from gathering and analysis through to design and presentation.
