Are you a talented experienced or emerging Chef looking for your next opportunity? Joining the Mercury team as Chef de Partie could be just what you're looking for.
You will have previous experience in preparing and serving fresh, high quality, locally sourced food in a fast-paced environment with a creative approach to menus, ensuring that tasty dishes are served quickly, while understanding margins, costing and stock control.
If you are interested in working to a different rhythm, with family friendly hours, and have the culinary and organisational ability to manage multiple demands on the kitchen, from pre-theatre dining and post-class snacks, to conferences, we want to hear from you!
