Job Summary

Ad Infinitum is looking for an innovative, experienced Marketing & Communications Associate to shape our public-facing communications and audience development/ engagement strategy.

Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Associate will shape our public-facing communications and audience development/engagement strategy in relation to Ad Infinitum productions, programmes and studio space. Collaborating closely with the Co-Artistic Directors, Executive Director, Senior Producer, Company Producer and Audience Engagement Associates, the role will connect our work and brand with the audiences and communities we serve; locally, nationally and internationally.

In the coming 12 months, we will be delivering the UK premiere and tour of Until I Find You, a multi-award-winning collaboration with Mexican company El Ingenio del Caldero examining the crisis around forced disappearances in Mexico; and undertaking research and development towards two new pieces of work. Alongside this, we will continue to tour Last Rites in Europe, Asia, and North America - our critically-acclaimed show telling the story of a Deaf man's journey to say goodbye to his father, which fuses visual storytelling, movement and sound with creatively integrated access. We'll be hosting fellow artists and companies in our brand new studio space at St. Anne's House, and continuing with the delivery of our renowned learning and engagement programme in schools, alongside our pioneering artist development and associates programme.

This role may be based remotely, or out of Ad Infinitum's office and studio at St. Anne's House, St Anne's Rd, Brislington, Bristol BS4 4AB.

Fee: £16,500, based on 66-75 days between September 2026 and Autumn 2027 (depending on level of experience/rate of work)

Contract type: Freelance, 1-2 days a week, schedule to be mutually agreed. Some evening and weekend work will occasionally be required.
