Job Summary
Job Description
As our Arts Programme Coordinator you'll be focused on delivering arts projects alongside artists, specialist facilitators and people from across the community. You'll play a key role facilitating that work and helping participants realise their artistic visions through different art forms and disciplines - all whilst having fun together. Delivery will sit alongside your work to recruit and engage artists and participants, develop our ways of working and evaluate and learn from the collective work of the programme.
Salary: £24,860 pro-rata (FTE £31,076) dependent on qualifications and experience
Hours: 28 hours per week
Contract term: 12 months, Fixed Term - with possibility of extension dependent on funding
Reporting to: Arts Manager

Job Requirements
We are seeking someone who:
- Is able to relate to and connect with a range of people of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
- Is passionate about the arts and the impact they can have for people, and will share that passion to engage a range of participants and stakeholders.
- Believes in participatory arts practice and will keep it at the heart of how we deliver arts programmes in the community
