Job Summary
Job Description
This role will lead and manage Lowry's IT support service, ensuring the effective operation, support and continuous improvement of systems, applications, infrastructure and user support.
There is a huge variety to this role including providing hands-on support to all areas of the organisation from technology used across office, theatre, visitor-facing and operational environments such as laptops, tills, EPOS systems, printers, venue Wi-Fi, server and storage platforms as well as printers and payment devices.
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities in the role will also entail providing technical leadership to the IT team, supporting individual and project development along with improving service standards across Lowry.
