Job Summary
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Impact Unit as the Impact Manager for our social change programmes. You'll be joining the team behind the TV Foundation and The TV Festival to deliver events and programmes in our core impact areas: climate storytelling and class & social equality.
The TV Foundation's Impact Unit helps shape the way the TV industry works to make it open to all; a place where new perspectives, ideas and stories thrive. The TV Festival brings together the TV industry, featuring captivating discussions, masterclasses and panels, alongside networking opportunities and social events.
The appointment comes at a significant moment in the organisation's history. Following a competitive review of future host cities, the Festival will relocate to Manchester from 2027 onwards, marking the beginning of a new chapter for one of the UK's leading screen industry events and new opportunities for our impact work.
You will work closely with our Impact Director to design and deliver these initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for purpose-led TV, a commitment to diversity in the industry, and the empathy and the ability to deliver tangible change.
