Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Heritage Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of the UnMuseum project. This is a senior role that sits at the heart of the project's delivery infrastructure, responsible for translating the project's community-led vision into clear, manageable plans and ensuring that all work streams are progressing on time, budget, and quality.
The Heritage Project Manager will line-manage the Cultural Heritage Team, comprising the Curator, Digital Archivist, Digital Content Creator, and Community Producer and will work closely with the Curator, who holds lead responsibility for the project's curatorial direction. The role reports to the Policy and Development Manager and works alongside BSWN's Finance Manager, Strategic Development Consultant, and key external partners including the Digital Platform Developer, Heritage Evaluation Consultants (Little Bee Community), and the Regional Project Steering Group.
This is an opportunity to join a project that is genuinely pioneering in the cultural heritage space, at an exciting and critical stage of delivery. We are looking for someone who combines strong project management discipline with a deep commitment to racial justice and community-led practice.
