Job Description
As part of our team, you'll get hands-on with the gear that powers real productions, while learning the ropes from experienced technicians. Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and testing lighting and production equipment for hire - get to know the kit inside and out
- Booking equipment in and out, keeping everything running smoothly
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Delivering and collecting rental equipment across London
- Helping keep the warehouse organised, safe, and ready to go
- Basic electrical repairs (electrical knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement)
No prior industry experience needed - full training is provided, and you'll come away with a genuine, broad knowledge of professional lighting equipment and grip that opens doors across the industry.
Job Requirements
We're looking for someone reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn - someone who takes pride in getting the details right and holds their work to a high standard. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team, and keen to pick up new skills as you go.

- Salary negotiable depending on experience
- Regular overtime available for those keen to earn extra
- Driver applicants: confidence driving 3.5t LWB vehicles around Central London is essential
