Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Gallery & Sales Assistant to join our London gallery. This is an integral role within a small, highly collaborative team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and personable. They will be the first point of contact in the gallery, greeting visitors and managing enquiries. They will also provide sales and administrative support to the Directors and the wider team.

Hours of work:
- Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm; Saturday 11:00am-5:00pm.
- Occasional evening work for exhibition openings and public programming.

Candidate must be available to start on 1st September 2026.

Job Requirements

- 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in InDesign, ArtLogic, Sketchup, Artsy and Excel.

Job Responsibilities

- Create a harmonious and ordered gallery environment for all visitors and staff.
- Assist with requests from our Rome and New York galleries.
- Communications for website and press.
- Create and design sales documents and exhibition materials.
- Assist in post-sales processes.
- In charge of book sales.
- Deliver exceptional gallery events with the help of the wider team.
