Are you an organised, people-focused administrator who is passionate about the arts and making a difference in your community? We're looking for a LEAP Co-ordinator to join our Learning, Education & Participation (LEAP) team, supporting a year-round programme that engages more than 1,200 children, young people and community members each week. You'll be at the heart of the department, co-ordinating bookings, managing administration, maintaining key systems, and providing vital support to ensure our creative programmes run smoothly.

This is a varied and rewarding role within a collaborative, supportive and values-driven team. Working closely with colleagues across the theatre, you'll be a welcoming first point of contact for participants, schools and partners, helping us deliver inclusive, high-quality experiences that make theatre accessible to everyone. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Job Requirements

Experience working in an administrative role in a busy arts or cultural environment
Good communicator with a good visual sense and a keen eye for detail
A flexible approach to work within a small team, able to manage multiple deadlines with an ability to
deliver under pressure
Focused, motivated, enthusiastic and efficient with a keen attention to detail
A passion for theatre and performing arts education
Interest in and commitment to making theatre accessible to all community sectors, and to CFT's Equal Opportunities Policy
Experience of database management and research
Experience in digital systems and social media platforms
A clear understanding of customer care
High level skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint

Desirable Criteria
Understanding of child licensing legislation and procedures
Understanding of the UK arts, Arts Council England current policies/initiatives and the challenges specific to publicly funded organisation
A knowledge of Spektrix and Yesplan

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day administration for the LEAP department, including booking space for workshops/classes, responding to the LEAP inbox, issuing e-contracts, collating data for Arts Council reporting, supporting schools' bookings and correspondence, providing administrative support for the Director of LEAP, updating data on CFT's CRM system.
