We're looking for a collaborative, solutions-focused Digital Platforms Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of English National Ballet's core digital platforms. You'll oversee the systems that underpin our work - including our CRM, event ticketing and class management platforms - ensuring they are reliable, well-integrated and enable great experiences for our audiences, participants and colleagues.

Working across the organisation, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, champion best practice, help teams get the most from our platforms, and ensure our systems continue to evolve in line with organisational priorities.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, simplifying complexity, and helping people use technology more effectively.
