Hey!
We're looking to collaborate with a composer / sound designer / musician to develop a 3-minute piece to accompany a Diwali-themed projection.
The selected candidate will be given a melody as a starting point, and develop a soundscape / piece of music for the animation team to respond to.
This is a freelance role working alongside a small, collaborative, and passionate creative team dedicated to joyful storytelling.
We're especially keen to hear from musicians with Hindu heritage or a deep cultural connection to Diwali.
Job Requirements
- We're looking for a composer / sound designer to create a 3-minute score (remote, in their own studio).
- We're particularly drawn to fusions of old and new - for example, traditional instrumentation combined with modern twists.

Timeline:
Ahead of installation in November / December 2026, there are two main milestones:
- First draft, September 25th.
- Final draft, October 12th.
We anticipate the piece taking between 3 - 5 days to create.
