Job Description
DramEd is a drama-led learning company delivering participatory drama programmes in nurseries and schools. Our early-years sessions are led by professional performing-arts practitioners and use story, character, movement, music and imaginative play to bring learning to life.
We are looking for an experienced **Freelance Nursery Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator** to help grow our nursery partnerships.

This is not a high-pressure telesales role. We are looking for thoughtful, targeted outreach and someone who can build genuine relationships with early-years professionals.
We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in **outreach, partnerships or business development within arts education, early years, enrichment or co-curricular provision**. Hours: Approx. 4-6 hours per week initially
Contract: Freelance/contract, with an initial trial period and potential for the role to grow.
You should be confident speaking with nursery and school decision-makers, comfortable initiating calls, organised with follow-up and database management, and able to communicate an arts-led educational offer clearly and warmly. The coordinator will be able to explain DramEd's standard services and agreed rate

- Strong written communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable researching organisations and updating spreadsheets/CRM records accurately.
- Able to work independently, use initiative and keep a clear pipeline of next actions.
- Warm, professional and persuasive without being pushy.

- Research and identify suitable nurseries, nursery groups and early-years settings.
- Update DramEd's existing nursery contact spreadsheets and CRM with accurate decision-maker details.

- Reconnect with previous or dormant leads, qualify genuine interest, book next-step conversations where needed, and keep clear notes, follow-up dates and pipeline stages.
