Perform is seeking a creative Content Marketing Executive to create engaging written, visual and video content across social media, website and email, helping bring the Perform brand and its children’s classes to life.

Job Description

Perform is looking for a creative and experienced Content Marketing Executive to join its small, busy marketing team and help bring the Perform brand and its children's classes to life.

The successful candidate will plan, create and publish engaging content across social media, the Perform website and email campaigns. This is a varied, hands-on role covering everything from filming and editing video content and Reels to photography, copywriting, content planning and performance analysis.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team, the Content Marketing Executive will help develop and manage an integrated content calendar, ensuring Perform's messaging and tone remain consistent across all channels. They will visit Perform classes and activities to capture engaging content, liaising with Area Partners and Producers and ensuring the necessary permissions and consents are in place.

They will take responsibility for social media content, creating and scheduling posts, identifying relevant trends and developing shareable content that connects with parents and families. They will also monitor performance and use engagement and conversion data to help improve future content and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in content marketing, content creation or professional communications and strong hands-on skills in photography, videography, editing and copywriting. They will have excellent written English, strong IT skills and a keen eye for detail.

Perform is looking for someone creative, organised and proactive who can manage multiple projects, work independently and collaborate effectively with a wider team. Experience of arts marketing or marketing to parents would be advantageous but is not essential.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in content creation, content marketing or professional communications
Strong social media management skills
Hands-on photography, videography and editing experience
Excellent copywriting and written English
Strong IT skills and knowledge of social media and scheduling platforms
Creative, organised and highly detail-focused
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Experience of arts marketing or marketing to parents is advantageous but not essential

Monitor trends and competitor activity

Maintain Perform's digital content library
Liaise with Area Partners, Producers and external photographers/videographers
