The skills we're looking for:
Acting teaching experience for adults - 18+
Professional acting training
Professional acting experience in theatre and TV
Experience in working to lesson plans and/or a curriculum
Be enthusiastic, energetic and friendly
Can teach techniques and exercises from - Meisner, Uta Hagen, Stanislavski,
The post holder will also be responsible for the welfare of the students and the opening and closing of the venue.
Candidates should be DBS checked and have Public liability insurance.
A bit more about the role:
Classes take place in Chester between 7:15pm and 9:15pm and run over a period of ten weeks. You will be working with groups of maximum 20 students. The courses run regularly throughout the year.
The role is paid £25 per hour.
We are looking for someone who is dynamic and adaptable, able to work with a variety of people from all backgrounds and ages and with a passion for sharing the joy of acting.
