Job Summary
Job Description
Teaching students from age 5 to 16, from absolute beginners upwards, you will deliver bespoke individual and group lessons that go beyond the page. Your teaching will seamlessly weave in general musicianship, basic theory, historical context, tailoring your style to unlock every student's unique potential. In this role, you will deliver engaging lesson structures and select inspiring repertoire for each student, monitoring their progress and crafting thoughtful Individual Learning Plans.
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly skilled musician who genuinely thrives when working with children and young people. You do not just teach percussion; you understand how to connect with young minds, make learning an adventure, and foster a joyful, nurturing environment alongside our dynamic team of fellow musicians and coaches.
