Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a Creative Health Manager (Learning & Engagement) to join the Fashion Museum Bath team. The main purpose of the job is to utilise the transformative power of fashion and our Collection to develop, manage, and grow the museum's creative health and wellbeing programmes during the preopening phase. The post holder will work closely with B&NES Public Health Team to identify community health gaps and design evidence-based, creative, heritage-led interventions that support public health priorities. Including tackling inequalities, social isolation, educational attainment gap, mental health recovery, and age-related care.

Job Requirements
You will have significant experience and a proven track record of co-producing and facilitating community-based creative programmes with vulnerable, marginalized, or healthcare-referred groups and/or individuals
You will have demonstrable experience building partnerships across the cultural, health, social care, or voluntary sectors
You will have demonstrable experience of hands-on experience managing the psychological safety, clinical risks, and interpersonal dynamics of individuals experiencing a range of health challenges
You will have a strong understanding of the Wider Determinants of Health (also known as the Building Blocks of Health) and the role of cultural capital in shaping inequalities. Understanding the importance of, and have strong commitment to, the social function of museums as inclusive and welcoming spaces, which positively impact the wider community and improve health and wellbeing
Job Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development, delivery and evaluation of Fashion Museum Bath's Creative Health Programme working closely with B&NES Public Health Team
Develop and deliver innovative fashion and heritage-based wellbeing programmes aligned with B&NES public health priorities and the museum's preopening programme
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with and serve as the primary link between B&NES Public Health, NHS services, social prescribing networks, community organisations, voluntary sector partners and the Fashion Museum.
Use evaluation, participant feedback and evidence to demonstrate impact and inform future programme development.
Champion the role of museums, heritage and creativity in improving health and wellbeing and support the development of Fashion Museum Bath as a recognised leader in creative health practice locally and nationally.
Have a strong understanding of the Wider Determinants of Health (also known as the Building Blocks of Health)
