Job Description
Join the team behind The Magical Christmas Adventure, an award-winning festive experience and one of the UK's largest indoor immersive Christmas experiences.
We are looking for an experienced Stage Manager to lead the stage management operation throughout our Christmas season. Working across multiple immersive performance spaces, you'll play a key role in ensuring every performance runs safely, smoothly and consistently while helping our cast and operational teams deliver an exceptional experience for every guests.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of The Magical Christmas Adventure across.
Coordinate performances, show timings, costumes, props, transitions, all backstage activities, etc. to run smoothly at each operating day.
Maintain a strong knowledge of customer journey, show tracks and individual performance areas.
Work closely with Stage Managers, Supervisors, Cast, Technical and Operations teams to maintain a seamless experience.

Job Requirements
Professional experience as a Company Stage Manager, Stage Manager, Deputy Stage Manager, Production Stage Manager, or in a comparable live entertainment role.
Experience working within theatre, immersive entertainment, live events, visitor attractions or large-scale productions.
Experience coordinating live performances involving multiple performers and performance spaces.
Strong understanding of stage management, backstage operations, show calling and performance scheduling.
Experience leading or supervising stage management, cast or operational teams.
Confidence responding to live operational issues and making decisions under pressure.
Good understanding of Health & Safety within a live performance or events environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
