Job Responsibilities
Teaching & Student Development
Deliver engaging, skill-based art lessons for children in a welcoming and inspiring environment.
Support students' artistic development, personalise their progress, and help build confidence and creativity.
Studio Community & Communication
Build strong relationships with students and parents through excellent communication.
Support local engagement and work with our central marketing team to raise studio awareness.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and studio presentation.
What support you'd have
Our central team includes 15 individuals who provide support with bookings, customer service, HR and finance to every studio. This enables each person to focus on their specialism: teaching, customer interactions, studio operations and leadership.
