Joe has Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, dual sensory impairments and a wicked sense of humour. He lives with and is supported by his family who deeply care about his happiness and future. He thrives in a world that offers creative outlets (movement and music and nature), predictability and clear structure as a foundation for him to explore his own creativity.

This is a freelance role c 2 days per week. You will be needed during Mon - Fri and regular weekends. We can be flexible about which days. Evening hours and occasional waking nights will be needed.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting Joe 1:1 at home and out and about - this includes driving Joe to sessions and activities.
Listening deeply to how Joe communicates
Supporting Joe with eating, dressing and providing personal care in line with his support plan.
Working as part of a team, but most of your work will be 1:1
A positive and close working relationship with both Joe's parents is non-negotiable.
