Role Description:

Trustee
You don't need previous trustee experience - enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as valuable. We will provide any training and support you need.

Perhaps you want to learn about voluntary sector governance and leadership; want to help a grass roots charity with fundraising and networking; bring skills in problem solving, strategy or communication; want to be part of a joyful community making a difference.

We are looking for people with

A love of music and the vital role it plays in wellbeing and good mental health.
Willingness to commit time, expertise, and enthusiasm to support a small but ambitious charity.
Willingness to develop an understanding of Trusteeship and voluntary sector leadership.
Able to reflect personally and as part of a team, think critically and take a pro-active approach to problem solving.
Demonstrate a commitment to our values and mission.
To bring your own experience and perspectives whilst still making decisions in the best interest of Wishing Well
