The Stage Manager will be responsible for the safe, efficient and consistent running of WICKED The Musical throughout its European and Turkey tour.

Working closely with the Production Manager, Tour Manager, Resident Director, technical departments and local venue teams, the Stage Manager will coordinate all stage and backstage activity across rehearsals, technical periods and performances.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the smooth and safe running of all performances, rehearsals and technical sessions.
Coordinate stage, lighting, sound, automation, flying, props, effects and backstage cues.
Lead pre-show, beginners, places, interval and post-show calls.
Coordinate the Stage Management and backstage teams during performances.
Monitor the production and respond quickly to technical, operational or performer issues.
Manage show holds, stops and emergencies in accordance with production procedures.
Work with the Resident Director to maintain the artistic integrity and consistency of the production.
Maintain all stage h&s and stage management documentation.
Coordinate technical rehearsals, understudy and swing rehearsals.
Work closely with Production Management and local venue teams during get-ins, get-outs and technical rehearsals.
Brief and coordinate local Stage Management and technical crews.
Adapt the production to different venues while maintaining its technical and artistic requirements.
Maintain high standards of backstage health and safety and report incidents or hazards promptly.
Complete daily performance and show reports and ensure production documentation remains accurate and up to date (where required)
